Pero Antic moved from NBA to Fenerbahce Ulker. He signed 2 plus 1 year contract.

Pero Antić (born July 29, 1982) is a professional basketball player who plays for Fenerbahçe of the Turkish Basketball League (TBL). He was also a member and captain of his national basketball team. Standing at 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m), he primarily plays the power forward position, although he can play at the center position.

Player profile

Antić's best offensive attributes are his body strength, jump shot, and dunking ability. He is adept at pick and roll play, which coupled with his excellent three-point shooting accuracy for a player of his position, makes him a scoring threat from all distances. While he's not a prolific scorer, he also possesses decent passing skills, adding to his offensive contribution. The defensive part of the game is considered to be one of his best attributes. Antić's anticipation, positioning, and overall athleticism made him a good rebounder in Europe. Antić demonstrated particular determination and confidence when guarding opposition star players, such as Dirk Nowitzki and Pau Gasol at the FIBA EuroBasket 2011.

Dragan Milosavljevic signed 2-years contract with Alba Berlin


Dragan Milosavljevic (198-91kg-89), the captain of Partizan Belgrade, signed 2-years contract with Alba Berlin.

Dragan Milosavljević (Serbian Cyrillic: Драган Милосављевић; born May 11, 1989) is a Serbian professional basketball player who plays for Alba Berlin of the German League. Standing at 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m), he plays the shooting guard position.

The Serbian national team head coach Dušan Ivković called Milosavljević for the 2010 FIBA World Championship in Turkey, but he didn't manage to make the final roster.

Enel Brindisi lands Nemanja Milosevic


Enel Basket Brindisi (Italian Serie A) landed 28-year old Montenegrin international power forward Nemanja Milosevic. He moved there from CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu in Romanian Liga Nationala where he played this season. In 33 games he averaged 13.8ppg, 7.6rpg (#3 in the league) and 1.1apg. He helped them to make it to the supercup final and to the league semifinals. It was a very successful season in his career as he was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League 2nd Team, All-Bosmans Team and to the All-Star Game. Milosevic also played 17 games in EuroChallenge where he had 13.9ppg and 8.5rpg. He contributed to his team making it to the semifinals. He can count that season as a very successful as was selected to Eurobasket.com All-EuroChallenge 1st Team. Milosevic ended the last season at Autocid Ford Burgos (LEB Gold) in Spanish league. In two games he had 8.5ppg and 3.0rpg (#2 in the league). But the most of that year he spent at Tundja Yambol (NBL) in Bulgarian league. In 7 games he had very impressive stats: 18.9ppg, 9.4rpg (#2 in the league), 1.1apg and 1.3spg.

The previous (12-13) season Milosevic played at Mornar Bar (Erste Liga) in Montenegrin league. In only one game he recorded 3 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals in 2012-13 season. He also played 2 games in Balkan League where he had 7.5ppg, 7.5rpg and 1.0apg in 2012-13 season.

Milosevic ended the previous (11-12) season at KK Podgorica (1A) in Montenegrin league. But the most of that year he spent at Buducnost in Montenegro. In only one Eurocup game he recorded 7 points and 3 rebounds in 2011-12 season. Milosevic's team won Romanian Cup in 2014.

He has been a member of Montenegrin international program for some years. Milosevic was called to Montenegrin senior team this year and previously for U20 National Team between 2007 and 2008.He is a very experienced player.Milosevic graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2010 and it is his fifth season in pro basketball.

Melvin Ejim (pronounced EDGE-um; born March 4, 1991) is a Canadian-Nigerian professional basketball player who plays for Medi Bayreuth of the Basketball Bundesliga. He played college basketball for Iowa State University before going undrafted in the 2014 NBA draft.

International career

In June 2012, Ejim played for the Nigerian national team on their tour of China.In July 2013, he played for the Canadian national team at the 2013 World University Games where he averaged 8.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.

Muhamed Pasalic signs in Romania


U-Banca Transilvania Cluj (Liga Nationala) added to their roster 28-year old Bosnian guard Muhamed Pasalic. He played this season at Aris in Greek A1 league. In 35 games he had 9.4ppg, 2.1rpg and 4.3apg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals.The previous (13-14) season Pasalic played at Chalons-Reims (ProB) in French league. In 48 games he recorded 10.3ppg, 2.1rpg and 4.4apg in 2013-14 season. He contributed to his team making it to the semifinals.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Pasalic was voted Eurobasket.com Bosnia and Herzegovina League All-Domestic Players Team back in 2011. He represented Bosnia at the Qualifications to European Championships 2015 last year. His stats at that event were 4 games: 2.5ppg, 1.0rpg, 2.8apg.Pasalic has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Bosna-Royal and Vogosca).

Brad Newley extended contract with Euro cup finalist, Gran Canaria


Gran Canaria have reached an agreement with Brad Newley (199-F/G-85) to extend his contract. The Australian forward will spend one more season in Spain. Brad Newley joined Gran Canaria back in 2012. Last season he averaged 12.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in EuroCup. The forward also posted 10.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.1 steals per appearance in Liga Endesa. Brad Newley has been the member of the Australian National Team since 2006.

Kristaps Valters has re-signed with Turk Telekom Ankara.

Playing career

He first played professionally in 1998, for ASK/Brocēni/LMT. In 2000, Valters signed his first foreign contract, with Antalya Büyükşehir Belediyesi, but played there only one season. He then returned to the Latvian Basketball League, signing a two-year contract with the newly created team Skonto.

In 2003, he played in the NBA Summer League for the Cleveland Cavaliers alongside number #1 pick in that draft LeBron James. In the fall of that year, he returned to Europe and played for Panionios. Valters did not stay there for long and in December 2004, he returned to play for Skonto.

From 2004 to 2006, he played for the Germany's Basketball Bundesliga club EWE Baskets Oldenburg. Then he went to Italy and played for Pallalcesto Amatori Udine. During the season in Italy he was named as Week 8 MVP of ULEB Cup.

In 2007, he signed a contract with Scafati Basket, but never played there because he was injured and the team terminated his contract. In November 2007, Valters signed with Russian team Triumph Lyubertsy.

In the summer of 2008, he signed a contract with Liga ACB team Fuenlabrada and had a breakout season. The team wanted to retain Valters and offered him a three-year contract for about two million dollars, but Valters opted to sign a two-year contract with DKV Joventut in July 2009 replacing Ricky Rubio.

In August 2010, he returned to Baloncesto Fuenlabrada, where he had another great year by leading his underdog squad to the ACB League's play-offs. For the 2011–12 season he signed with Unicaja Málaga, helping team to reach Euroleague's Top16. Kristaps ended season in Malaga as ACB's leading three-point shooter.

Prior to 2012-13 season Valters joined German squad Artland Dragons, but later returned to Fuenlabrada, where he finished the season.

For the 2013-14 season Valters moved to Turkey, signing with TED Ankara Kolejliler and guiding his team to Eurocup Quarterfinals. During the season Valters delivered some very impressive outings that included 26 points and 7 assists in a road win over Brose Baskets on January 29, 2014. Valters capped season with a 31-point and 6 assists performance, shooting 9-10 from three in a win over Pınar Karşıyaka on 7 May 2014.

On December 3, 2014 he signed with Türk Telekom.

International career

He was a member of the Latvian national basketball team participating in four EuroBasket tournaments (2001, 2003, 2005 and 2009).

Personal

His father is a former Soviet basketball star, Valdis Valters, and his brother, Sandis Valters, plays professional basketball too.

CSKA have agreed on terms of contract extension with Kyle Hines (198-F-86). He will spend two more seasons in Moscow. Kyle Hines joined CSKA at the start of 2013/14 season. Kaspars Berzins agreed terms with N.Novgorod.

Professional career

Kaspars started playing basketball in his hometown Ogre. Later he played for Skonto Riga, debuting in 2002-2003 season. His role increased in 2003-2004, when he averaged 7.3 points and 3.3 rebounds for Skonto in the LBL and 7.3 points and 3.0 rebounds in the FIBA Europe League, now known as the FIBA EuroCup. In both of those seasons Bērziņš played together with Andris Biedriņš. In 2004 both of them left Skonto. Biedriņš was drafted in the NBA by Golden State Warriors, while Bērziņš moved to Spain where he joined Unicaja Málaga. He briefly played for Unicaja's first team, where he competed in one game in the ACB league, scoring two points, but most of the season spent with the junior team in the EBA, Spain's second division.

For the 2004-2005 season Bērziņš moved back to Latvia, playing big role for Skonto. Averaged 13.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 21.3 minutes in the LBL and 14.8 points and 8.3 rebounds in four EuroCup Challenge games. After Skonto disappeared Bērziņš moved to ASK Rīga, where he played in 2005-2006 season. In the following off-season Bērziņš signed with Barons LMT, where he played next three seasons and won his first Latvian league title in 2008. During that season Bērziņš won in FIBA EuroCup as well. 2008-2009 was best season with Barons, when he was team's top inside presence for most of the season, averaging 14.0 points, 8.rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 28 games of domestic competition.

In July 2009 Bērziņš participated in NBA Summer League, playing for Phoenix Suns. After playing for Phoenix in Summer League Bērziņš signed contract with Spain's ACB League club Fuenlabrada.[4] Later he also played for Cáceres Ciudad del Baloncesto, but in July 2010 signed two-year contract with VEF Rīga.[5] He re-signed with VEF Rīga for three more years in 2012.

In February 2014, he comes back to Spain for signing with Río Natura Monbús of the Spanish ACB League.

On August 21, 2014, he signed with Krasnye Krylia from Russia.

Michael Jenkins has signed to play with Turk Telekom for next season.


College career

In his four-year career at Winthrop, Jenkins played 131 games (70 starts) while averaging 9.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 22.6 minutes per game. As a senior, he led the Eagles to their fourth straight conference title and was named the 2008 Big South Tournament Most Valuable Player after scoring 33 points to return the Eagles to the NCAA Tournament. The 6'3" combo guard averaged 13.9 points per game in 2007–08 while leading the Eagles to a 23-10 record. He was also a two-time member of the Big South Conference All-Tournament team and led the Eagles in three-point percentage in 2006–07.

Tane Spasev takes over Asseco Gdynia!!



The Polish team has a new coach for next season. David Dedek will be raplaced by our client Tane Spasev who has worked in Asseco Gdynia system during the last season. He guided Asseco II Prokom in 2Liga. Previously the FYR Macedonian specialist worked with Kryvbas, Fruktal Skopje, Turk Telekom. Tane Spasev was also at the helm of Syrian U16 National Team.
